Fukushima Research Center and Factory support advanced technology. The Fukushima Research Center conducts various tests in order to implement requests from customers.
The materials that will actually be used are tested with a test machine. The test results are converted into data to accurately check whether the materials can withstand the actual specifications. The specifications judged to be necessary are determined based on the results of testing at the Research Center, and the product is designed based on these specifications at the design office. Then, expert and highly skilled engineers, who have received numerous awards from government organizations, manufacture the products at the factory located on the same site.

Design engineers discuss Yamato Sanko craftsmanship. Head of Engineering Division. Shinji Kubota. Machine design based on 100 years of experience and knowledge. Past experience is an extremely important factor in machine design. This is because past experience is more effective than anything else in building up the knowledge and predictive ability that prevents equipment malfunctions and problems from arising in machine design. Yamato Sanko has experience and proven results over more than 100 years in designing and manufacturing dryers and incinerators. The knowledge and predictive abilities gained from such experience and results are extremely important when designing and manufacturing dryers and incinerators. I think that our design and manufacturing technologies based on 100 years of experience and results are a key strength that enables us to meet the diverse needs of customers, both in Japan and worldwide. We conduct all design and manufacturing ourselves. The Fukushima design office creates custom designs for machines that meet the individual needs of customers. Because the requirements are different for each project, we must support a wide range of designs on an individual basis. We work hard every day to design machines that satisfy the demands of each of our customers. We do not outsource any design or manufacturing work. Because we conduct all design and manufacturing ourselves, our customers can trust us with the responsibility for all design and manufacturing processes. The Fukushima Research Center contains equipment such as pilot plants for testing issues such as product quality and production methods. This advanced testing environment is another reason why we can design and manufacture dryers and incinerators that meet the diverse needs of customers. Designs friendly to people and the environment. In the future, I think there will be an even stronger emphasis on preventing contamination for dryers and incinerators, in addition to traditional performance metrics such as thermal efficiency. Contamination means dirt, such as the dirt that accumulates in the dryer after use. Dryers and incinerators that prevent contamination and keep the inside of the machine as clean as possible will be machines that are clean, safe and friendly to people. I think that future designs for dryers and incinerators will need to be friendly to both people and the environment. Engineering Division. Research and Development Group. Yasuhiro Suzuki.
