Introduction

The materials are discharged while being effectively rocked inside the shell by the (rocking) bar (one-third to one-fourth the height of a regular rotary dryer) in the machine. The hot air for drying passes through several branch pipes (hot air blow pipes) that protrude from the main pipe and is blown directly onto the processed materials for an extremely fast drying speed. Branch pipe types that are inserted into the processed materials and types that are not inserted into the processed materials are available, depending on the various conditions of the materials. (Normally, the non-insertion type is used for drying garbage.). Another type is available where the temperature of the drying hot air can be changed inside the machine on the feed side and discharge side to prevent fusion, adherence and ignition.The exhaust gas from the dryer passes through the dust collector and is then fed into the secondary burner (with heat exchanger) by the induced draft fan to break down any bad odors before discharging the gas outside through the chimney.
