Fluidized Bed Incinerator

Fluidized Bed Incinerator

Fluidized Bed Incinerator.High combustion efficiency for fast sludge incineration.

In the fluidized bed incinerator, a discharge pipe is installed at the bottom of the incinerator, which is lined with a refractory. A fluidized medium such as silica sand is made to flow and heated by air discharged from the discharge pipe. Materials such as sludge are fed into the fluidized medium and incinerated.
Incineration in the fluidized bed incinerator is fast because the sludge or other materials make contact with the hot combustion gas and the fluidized medium.
The incineration ash in the fluidized bed incinerator becomes a powder in the exhaust gas that is collected by the dust collector. Therefore, special measures must be taken for the dust collector.

[Main Applications]
  • Human waste sludge
  • Sewage sludge
  • Food sludge
  • Paper manufacturing sludge
  • Various strained lees
  • Other types of sludge

Features

  • 1. Incinerates evenly.
  • 2. High furnace load reduces the required hearth area.
  • 3. Incinerates with a low air ratio, which saves energy.
  • 4. High combustion temperature eliminates the need for a deodorizing device.
  • 5. Recovers heat for high thermal efficiency.
  • 6. Reduces the ignition loss of the combustion ash.

  • ■Sewage sludge
  • ■Food sludge
  • ■Paper manufacturing sludge
  • ■Various strained lees
  • ■Other types of sludge

Relationship between sludge heating value, moisture content and fuel consumption When incinerating sludge, the most important issue for both saving energy and reducing costs is how to reduce fuel consumption.
This incinerator is designed to fully combust the target materials and use the generated heat as much as possible. In the fluidized bed incinerator, oil is used as a supplement to the main fuel of sludge or other materials that are incinerated, which reduces the amount of consumed fuel.Fuel consumption liter/kg dry sludge.Sludge heating value (higher) kcal/kg dry sludge.Moisture content 85%.

Models/Specifications

Models/Specifications. Model. Processing volume (kg/cycle). Sludge. Screen residue. Effective hearth area (m2). Fuel consumption (l/h). Approximate dimensions (A×B).

  • * Based on a sludge moisture content of 80% (WB) and heating value of 3600 kcal/kg d.s., and a screen residue moisture content of 60% (WB) and heating value of 3800 kcal/kg d.s.
  • * The processing capacity is for the combined processing volume for sludge and screen residue.
  • * The processing volume varies according to the moisture and heating value of the processed materials.
  • * The installation space varies greatly according to the hoppers or dust collector models, etc.
  • * Models other than those above are also available.
